What should you bring to the conference?

 

The JUFA hostel provides : Three meals per day, sheets for the bed, and as well as a towel

 

We recommend bringing personal items and hygiene products, such as cosmetics, tooth brush, phone charger… and please do not forget your ID card as well as your insurance card. Please also be aware, that there is NO ATM nearby, and you will probably need money for the parties.Pens and materials for the sessions will be provided.

 

EXTRAS for the Parties: since we will be having a Gala night, please bring fancy clothes for dressing up and spending an elegant evening. For the special party clothes… for detailed information check the second delegate booklet.

 

 

IMPORTANT: (especially for those how haven’t been to the Jufa Location at Hochkar)

 

There might be the chance of having some snow, even in May as well as rain and very cold weather outside, so bring clothes, both for summer AND for winter!!

 

How much do I have to pay?

 

The costs are 38€ per night, depending on how long you stay… you do the math!

 

For further financial issues check your individual LC regulations or contact your LCVP Finance regarding possible discounts

 

 

Until when can I cancel?

 

In order to cancel until 28th of April (23.59) write an email to VP DELEGATES at: anna.smekal@aiesec.net                    

 

Please be aware that if you cancel your registration after the deadline you will still have to pay the full fee.

 

 

What if I can’t come on the first day?

 

We REALLY recommend you to try to come with everyone on the first day, since the place is not easy to reach with public transport.

 

Otherwise it’s best to organize a car-sharing-group ( a spreadsheet will be provided by the OC ), but however we are giving detailed information on the public transport to each LC.

 

 

Whom to contact for questions?

 

You have individually for your entity a CoD (Chief of Delegates) for logistical questions like, how your delegation is getting to the venue.For further question please don’t hesitate to contact your OCVP Delegates Anna Smekal at anna.smekal@aiesec.net. She will answer you within 2 days.
